The SNIVELY TEAM specializes in working with Owners to prepare their listings for Sale. We recommend the needed repairs, paint, landscaping work and de-cluttering required to get the best price for your home while recognizing the budget limitations to getting the work done. We work with a group of handymen, contractors and inspectors to help make this process as easy and informative as possible for you. We provide a Market Analysis looking at both current condition and any updates the Seller is considering.
The SNIVELY TEAM works with Buyers throughout the Phoenix area to help them find the best possible home in the neighborhood they want to live and work in. Several members of The SNIVELY TEAM are Arizona Natives with extensive knowledge of the different Valley of the Sun neighborhoods to help Buyers find their special home. We listen to our Buyers, so that they find their new home quickly. Once under contract, we help the Buyer navigate the purchase process from start to finish. With the new Loan Processing requirements, we work carefully with the Buyer's Lender to coordinate timing to close your deal On Time.
Lloyd Snively
Almost an Arizona Native, Lloyd brings decades of Sales and Marketing Experience 10 years as a General Contractor, and 9 years as a Real Estate Agent to this team. Lloyd worked as a Mortgage Lender in '08 and '09 to help First Time Home Buyers navigate the market and special programs available to purchase homes. In 2013, he joined Melissa Schwartz on the Schwartz Team as a Real Estate Agent. He put together his own team, the SNIVELY TEAM, YOUR HOME TEAM in January, 2021. For Lloyd the key is Communication, and he will keep both Buyers and Sellers informed throughout the entire sales process.
